What is it?
It is a strategic meeting with the top company management to analyse the current situation and identify the critical issues and create the plan of action to resolve them.
What is the methodology
A structured and guided workshop of unusually constructive and frank dialogue and exchange between senior managers to identify critical issues e decide together on a common way forward. The structure of the two days consists of: internal analysis of the current situation across all areas of the business, managers will arrive at a shared and common vision for the mid- to long-term direction of the company of the company, the specific actions that need to be taken in each area of the business in order to achieve the vision. At the end of the workshop, managers will create a top level to-do list with each having specific duties to accomplish within set deadlines.

How does it work?
The Strategic Leadership process will allow you to work alongside an experienced guide to plan and redefine your internal processes to help you and your team achieve the goals set during the first two-day workshop “Customized Company Check-Up”. As part of this on-going executive coaching process, managers will be coached and trained to help to put the company on a solid path to sustained revenue growth and profitability through more efficient management of internal processes and communication, the creation of the mechanisms for improved employee productivity and motivation and through greater clarity of management and employee roles and responsibilities.
